Games and stories have always been a passion of mine. In my work, I’ve spent the last fifteen years untangling technical operations that got complicated faster than anyone planned for — nine of those years at Google and on the Google X self-driving car project, building automated geospatial pipelines for Google Maps, fulfillment logistics for Google Express, and safety-testing operations for the first generation of autonomous sensors.
It’s the same aspect that makes a puzzle interesting or a game challenging: find the actual constraint instead of patching around it, then build the thing that removes it — AWS-backed infrastructure, capacity models that hold up across domains, AI-driven data engines.
I don’t just run the program, I build the tools the team needs to run it, and I try to leave something repeatable behind.
